In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, and passengers must not exceed the specified limits. Operating outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Liability Limitations
